SERVICE CONTRACT

The autonomous vehicle from ServisControl is delivered with a service contract, which guarantees the customer regular maintenance during the warranty period, including automatic notifications for ordering service. This ensures the trouble-free operation of the vehicle during the warranty period and the validity of the warranty for the entire duration.

The service contract is automatically extended beyond the warranty period so that the customer does not lose any of the service support and trouble-free functioning of the autonomous vehicles even after years of operation. If the customer would like to waive this benefit, it is sufficient to terminate the contract or not renew it after the warranty period expires.

For the duration of the service contract and the warranty period, the customer carries out and orders regular inspections and servicing that correspond to the frequency and scope as stated in the manual and the service contract. For the longest possible service life and the least downtime, maximum effort must be devoted to service from the beginning, so that the customer appreciates our support when using and managing this sophisticated equipment. The service contract guarantees this for the entire period of operation of the AGV/AMR. The benefit of the service contract is the guaranteed time in which the defect will be removed, regular on-site inspections or remote connection for online service.
