AGVs transport empty and full product pallets between lines for further processing. The AGV is equipped with a customer superstructure, which is two conveyors (upper and lower) and thus arrives at the line, establishes communication with it and slowly approaches it. As soon as the contact is confirmed using sensors, the upper conveyor takes over the pallet filled with silicon plates. At the same time, the empty pallet is returned to the line by the lower conveyor. It then moves to the next line, where it takes the empty pallet from the lower conveyor and passes the full pallet to the line for further processing. This process is constantly repeated. Charging takes place during the pallet loading/unloading process. AGV drives on magnetic tape.
