SPECIAL SYSTEMS AS A UNIQUE SUPERSTRUCTURE FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES
Special superstructure systems are adapted to atypical transport and handling requirements. These can be clamping systems combined with mechanical guidance, controlled linear feeds or other custom-designed devices that are fixed to the main platform of the autonomous vehicle.
INDUSTRIAL AND COLLABORATIVE ROBOT IN CONNECTION WITH AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES
The deployment of industrial robots in the superstructure part of the AGV/AMR opens up further possibilities corresponding to the requirements and needs of today’s Industry 4.0. The industrial robots that we integrate into our AGVs/AMRs can operate multiple workstations and perform different operations. The autonomous vehicle recognises individual locations and transmits information to the robot, which executes the required program in normal or collaborative mode. We choose the most suitable robot for the given application, which we then integrate into the selected type of AGV/AMR together with all basic functions.
PALLET CONVEYOR AS PART OF AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES
The low height of the platform makes it possible to integrate a pallet conveyor for direct connection and handling of pallets with dimensions of 1,200 x 800 mm and 1,200 x 1,000 mm. In the case of different height levels of the conveyor, it is suitable to install a pallet station with a lift and a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg at the entrance and exit of the conveyor. This method of transporting pallets has lower acquisition costs than a pallet AGV and can handle all types of pallets.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM AS PART OF AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES
A conveyor or conveyors that ensures, in conjunction with the production line, the transfer of empty and full pallets or products according to the required application. The conveyor can be a roller, belt or special for the food or pharmaceutical industry (stainless steel design, special belt, etc.)
