REMOTE SUPERVISION
The whole project includes safe and reliable supervision, which supports the continuous operation of autonomous vehicles. This 24/7 monitoring will ensure failure prediction, service management and quick resolution of unexpected situations in real-time.
We offer a remote monitoring service to have a complete and comprehensive overview of our autonomous vehicles, their status, faults, engine hours and battery condition. This information can predict scheduled service, emergency service or technical maintenance support.
This service will make maintenance easier for the customer as we know about faults in real-time, can solve them before they start to affect production, can predict potential faults from the available values and plan an effective preventive service. The customer receives exclusive preventive maintenance support and immediate contact with the manufacturer in the case of problems.
Because the MASTER contains Groove EPIC from Opto 22, we have the ability to secure data transfer to our monitoring centre using MQTT Broker. This is a reliable and secure transfer of data from your operational technology (Operational Technology - OT) via the groov6 EPIC device, which ensures network access, control, monitoring and system security. Information Technology (IT) is provided with data only from the device from which you want to publish data and is connected to an independent, separate groov EPIC network interface, which fully segments and isolates the operational infrastructure (OT). One client is the provider (Publisher) and the other is the recipient (Subscriber). Data communication only takes place from the OT to the MQTT BROKER and is the only place that communicates outside the network. Messages are filtered and sent to recipients. Communication security is handled by TLS/SSL message encryption, which uses certificates to confirm identity.
COMMUNICATION THROUGH THE 5G NETWORK
ServisControl's AGV/AMRs can be operated on T-Mobile's 5G campus network and are a key element for automating logistics operations and an ideal tool for repetitive material flows along pre-defined logistics routes. This is a solution that saves time, space and money.
The main advantages of 5G AGV/AMR solutions are: System latency, the ability to use a safety processor such as Master SLA, reliability and timely stopping of the vehicle, space monitoring, new guidance technologies, prices and sizes of 5G routers, cyber security and use for outdoor vehicles.
