Selection of network infrastructure products

While compiling your SNAP PAC system you want to be sure that all parts of your network can withstand environmental conditions in your installation. Network infrastructure equipment, such as Ethernet switch and wireless access points, must be capable to withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, electrical interference etc. depending on your application. You can buy an Ethernet switch in a nearby store, but they are rather designed for office use, not for commercial one, and they usually fail in industrial environment. The company Opto 22 tested plenty of products of network infrastructure with the SNAP PAC System. It was found out that out of all tested products N-TRON Ethernet switches and wireless access points were the most reliable ones and they were highly recommended for use with the SNAP PAC system.
