We offer a comprehensive service in the industrial automation field. Part of our services is solving problems on lines and machines. Our technicians identify the cause of the fault and rectify it. If the cause is a defective part, we can repair it in our repair centre or supply a spare part. 


A ServisControl technician is ready to come and help eliminate hardware or software defects on the customer’s installed base. We offer planned and immediate service for systems with which we have extensive experience. Before the actual call-out, we send the customer a non-binding annual offer for service visits, by confirming we agree to the conditions of our service. From now on, in the event of a need for a service visit (evening, weekend, immediately at any time), the customer no longer has to confirm anything and our technician can visit, unless prevented by unpaid invoices. If necessary, the technician contacts the customer to find out the circumstances regarding the defect to arrive ready and adequately equipped.


With the advent of new technologies and possibilities in the industrial automation field and unexpected crises, which limit the possibilities of physical presence, our company has the possibility of online service. This offer applies to contractual and non-contractual customers, who therefore have the opportunity to solve problems immediately without the need, at least initially, for the presence of our technician.

Using a module for remote connection via LTE or the Internet, which we provide to the customer in the form of sale or lease, we can diagnose and solve problems on an installed base. An expanding option of remote connection can be an online visual view of the machine using mobile devices and available software.


If a service technician is available, they can go to the customer to perform a service visit immediately after agreement. It is possible to schedule a service visit in case of the technician’s unavailability. The response time of our technicians is usually within 24 hours of the reported defect, even without a concluded service agreement. However, this time is not guaranteed. In the case of online service, we can be at the customer’s place immediately.


We provide service for hardware and software of Allen-Bradley by Rockwell Automation, Pro-face, Opto 22 and Siemens. Our technicians and programmers have extensive service experience and we have also successfully solved faults on Omron and Mitsubishi PLCs and frequency inverters, to a lesser extent also Lenze, Danfoss, SEW Eurodrive and much more. In these cases, the reported fault needs to be discussed individually to evaluate the significance of the paid call-out.


The technician call-out does not guarantee the problem’s elimination, but a 100% commitment to make it happen. The technician cannot go to the customer that has a record of unpaid invoices. We solve such cases individually and try to find a solution.
